      SHIPPING POLICY

       

      Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-7 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Processing time for pre-order pieces may take long, details of which can be found in the product description and your order confirmation.

       

      You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

       

       

      Domestic Customers:

       

      UPS/USPS Standard Shipping $10

      Free domestic shipping for orders over $150

       

      *Receiver is responsible for duties and taxes

       

      International Customers:


      USPS International Shipping $40

       

      Although your order will be shipped in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee how long it will take for your item to arrive due to customs. For long delays, please contact your local customs office. International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.

       

      Lost Items:

       

      We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

       

      We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued when they are received back at UNFOLDS, and will incur a reshipment fee.

       

    • EXCHANGE & REPAIR POLICY

      Repairs are accepted, and are subject to a fee depending on the nature of the damage. For further information on repairs, please contact us at shop@UnfoldsNewYork.com.

       

      Repairs may take between 2-4 weeks for processing.

       

      Only unworn merchandise returned in it’s original packaging may be exchanged; we do not offer refunds.

       

      All exchanges must take place within 15 days from date of receipt.

       

      Customers must contact shop@unfoldsnewyork.com for a Return Authorization number to be included with your package prior to return. Returns without a valid RA# will not be processed.

       

      Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and be returned to sender.

       

      Exchange processing normally takes between 7-14 business days. We will send an email as soon as your exchange order has been processed.

       

      “Final Sale” items may not be exchanged for any reason.

    • DAMAGES, INCOMPLETE & INCORRECT ORDERS

      In the event a product is delivered in damaged condition, a full return or exchange will be processed.

       

      Damages must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery receipt.

       

      If you have received an item in error, or are missing an item from your order, please contact shop@unfoldsnewyok.com with the order confirmation number and the style code of the missing or incorrect items. Our team will review the information and correct delivery errors free of charge.
