SHIPPING POLICY
Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-7 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Processing time for pre-order pieces may take long, details of which can be found in the product description and your order confirmation.
You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Domestic Customers:
UPS/USPS Standard Shipping $10
Free domestic shipping for orders over $150
*Receiver is responsible for duties and taxes
International Customers:
USPS International Shipping $40
Although your order will be shipped in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee how long it will take for your item to arrive due to customs. For long delays, please contact your local customs office. International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.
Lost Items:
We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued when they are received back at UNFOLDS, and will incur a reshipment fee.
